Clean bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed, large bedroom. The restaurant was good, it had hot dishes.

We had an excellent time. The place was fully equipped and functional and the staff were brilliant, the location was perfect very close to Leamington Spa town centre. Non-smoking and warm units with bath.
Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

Breakfast was free, bed was quiet, modern area. I thoroughly enjoyed a perfect decor and dark furniture. The best part was the brilliant view of the canal. Walking distance to the sandy beach.
Facilities were well-kept, but internet connection was low.

The food was exceptional, I enjoyed pastries and bread. Well cleaned unit with a rustic decor. Staff were dedicated and kept the place spotless. A beautiful beach, great view.

The staff was decent, so I would definitely go back. Memorable view, a beautiful balcony, very clean bed, too. Super central location, it was in a very very nice area. Went to Fizzy Moon for drink or two, set just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Pool bar and clean pool.

Ok bed and marvelous location. The hotel was easy walk to warwick castle. One of the dining options, Paprika Club, was 15 mins walk away.

There's a bus stop in front of the hotel. We loved our stay. A good choice for exploring Leamington Spa.
